Before you do any of these, check out the services of the Grants Resource Center at AASCU. Talk to Rich Dunfee, their director. I used these guys a lot. Their database is kept more up to date and their other services are outstanding-- I've used the other products you mentioned and i think GRC is better. With that transition would come a quadrupling of our annual fee to about $7,000. As you might expect, despite a stated huge increase in functionality, we are not able to justify the cost. We also know that IRIS is moving to Cazoodle (great name) GrantForward . And then there is SPIN.
