We have a faculty member submitting a proposal to NSF for the GOALI
program.  The guidelines require that the person from industry working on
the project must be listed as a Co-PI.  How are people handling the
Conflict of Interest Disclosure for the industry member?  Are research
offices having the industry Co-PI sign one of the University's COI
Disclosures?  If so, the problem we have is that our COI Disclosure is
geared toward faculty members at our institution.  Or are you accepting any
type of Conflict of Interest form the industry CO-PI signed off on at his
corporation?
