Yes, we do remove all of the financial pieces. The grants administrator
serves as the keeper of the budget. However, if there is a conflict of
interest (either excessive $, or relationship), the grant administrator
would bring it to the attention of the IRB administrator who would then
bring it up during the IRB review. This has worked well for us.

complete proposal before the meeting. Do you remove the
