Several years ago our Internal Auditor told us that we needed an ethics certification for all office employees to sign. In an effort to have something in place by her deadline, I put a form together with phrases borrowed from certifications used by other professions. I have never been satisfied with it and wonder if others out there have an ethics certification tailored to Research Administration. Faxing or E-mail would be appreciated.
