Qualifications:  MA in area of specialization and 6 years experience or BA
in same and 8 years experience.  Prefer extensive contract negotiation
experience to include solid knowledge of tech transfer, pre and post award.
 Complete knowledge of all federal rules with reference to grants and
contracts.  Effective communication skills within diverse University
setting.  Ability to maximize staff output.  Development of funding
opportunities for faculty.  Able to work within deadlines.  Salary
negotiable.
