I was made aware of an old FDA document entitled "Draft Policy
Statement on Industry-Supported Scientific and Educational Activities
which can be found in Vol. 57 of the Federal Register starting at page
26411 (11/27/92).  I have been unsuccessful in trying to find this -- does
anyone have this document?  Or, can someone tell me how to access it
on the web?  Or, does anyone have any information on this document?
