Dear Charles-
We just received a grant funded 9/30/97 from NCI. We had a 15% across the
board budget cut along with a request to submit revised budgets for years
2-5 limiting the cost of living adjustment increase to 3%. Therefore, my
suggestion is, save yourself the work and submit budgets with only a 3%
increase cost of living increase or you will be asked to revise them!!
