I've been looking for alternate sources of information, but am not seeing anything on the main NIH website. Even the eCommons web service desk functionality is not available to report issues, and I don't want to tie up phone lines with just a request for status info.

Does anyone have other location suggestions for where NIH might be putting system status information?
