Hi, Tracy! The only way I would use the Notice of Award date is in the absence of an actual stated project period/start date, or if the award notification specifically references the date of the award letter/notification as the effective date. Otherwise I would use the project start date. Hope all is well in PA! Pam Pamela A. One could issue an award letter dated earlier but only authorize the period of support with the start of the project start date. The Notice of Award date can be used only to identify a specific letter, while the project start date is consistent regardless of how many award letters are issued. For general reporting purposes, which parameter do you use and why? Thank you in advance!
