1) Prove that the work SHOULD be done.
2) Prove that the work CAN be done.
3) Have someone in your field read what you write.
4) Have someone with grant writing experience read what you write.
5) Have your highly literate, great aunt read what you write.
6) If the proposal isn't ready, don't submit it.

They are excellent - we have had them several times over the last 7-8 years. They are costly because of the workbooks they make you purchase. Their sessions always get top reviews. We generally share the session with our partner institutions and split the cost per head.
