Yes.

the passwords expire at a much greater frequency, and, it seems, always around the time of a deadline ;)...

Did you know Grants.gov changed 1) the frequency of password expirations – it’s not 60 days; didn’t it used to be 90 if not 120? And 2) the password requirements to include a special character?    Two of us in my office have been forced to change our passwords as we were submitting applications in the last two days.     I don’t remember receiving any kind of notice from G.G on the changes, nor did I receive one telling me my password was about to expire.

Have others experienced this?
