We accept either a face page or a letter . . .and if it's an NIH project, we need something about conflict of interest unless they are in the FDP clearinghouse.

Can you please share what your sponsored research office requires in terms of institutional endorsement for subawards for NIH and other sponsors? We are considering substituting/accepting a NIH or NIH-like face page as a substitute for an institutional Letter of Endorsement and would like to know what other offices use/accept.
