Colleagues,

Attached you will find a flyer inviting your institution to join the Federal Demonstration Partnership (FDP) Clearinghouse that lists entities able to confirm that they are or will be compliant with the updated Public Health Service Financial Conflict of Interest requirements (PHS FCOI) as of August 24, 2012.    Your institution does not need to be a member of FDP to be included on this list or to use it.   The list may be found at:

The purpose of this list is to allow institutions to quickly verify which of their existing or proposed subrecipients have  PHS-compliant FCOI policies - therefore avoiding the need for all of us to send each other forms to document that we have compliant policies in place.  There is no cost to join, and enrollment takes about two minutes.  Enrollment MUST be done by an authorized organizational official who can verify that their institution is or will be compliant by the PHS implementation deadline of August 24, 2012.

Please see the attached flyer for instructions for how to join and how to use the publicly-available list to search the policy status of other entities.   Both educational institutions and other types of entities that have PHS-compliant policies are welcome to enroll.
