Hi everyone,
In the process of updating our CCR information, our POC (Accounting
Director) noticed a link to ORCA (Online Representations and
 Certifications Application).

No one in our office is familiar with ORCA, but we're unsure if we need to
register in ORCA or not. An email to their help desk told us that if we
were applying for a grant or contract, we did not need to register.

Is anyone familiar with ORCA, and does our university need to register
with them? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
