Good morning All,

We are currently a subcontractor on an NIH award (R01); on the renewal, the Prime PI and our PI wish to reverse rolls.

As they are both Key personnel and Key components of the research project, it seems to me that this should be do-able. I just have not previously attempted this.

Technically we will use the change institution and chance PI/PD options on the checklist, I've checked this morning and the boxes are available when "renewal" is checked on the face page.

What I really would like to know is: From anyone that has done this, how was it received/perceived by the review committee.
