Hi everyone,

I am looking into some options other than my "mad spreadsheet" for the clinical trial billing/invoice/tracking. Basically, I manually send out invoice to the sponsor every months or so. It's honestly painful because I have to incorporate this with the patient enrollment worksheet, invoice items sheet, GCRC charges, you name it.

If we had only a couple of studies, this wouldn't be so much problem but our Clinical Trial division is getting bigger and I feel overwhelmed.

Does anyone use any type of automated system? Any suggestion/recommendation would be appreciated. Thanks and happy holidays!
