Thanks to all of you who responded, both on the list and directly to
me.  I know that we do NOT have an education or instruction rate and,
yes, if needed, I plan to forward the rate agreement to the PO.  I was
just curious to see if there was such a thing and I am fascinated with
the responses.  Thank you all, again.

Small institutions like ours only have one negotiated rate for all activities and it will be stated as such in the agreement with DHHS. You should forward your indirect agreement to your program officer and let them know that you only have one rate and if they have questions about that they should consult with your DHHS contact.
