I want to update our financial conflict of interest policy and program. Does any one have any checklists they wouldn't mind sharing with me. Specifically, I am looking for checklists: 1. to aid in monitoring & evaluating compliance of program 2. to aid in determining if a conflict exist Any input is greatly wanted and appreciated. (Both reports are now “due” but will not be “overdue” until August and September.) A colleague at a state university (not here in Georgia) reported this to her. This is part of her message: It seems that the NSF systems will not accept proposals from PIs who are due with their progress reports; the progress reports should be submitted and approved by the program officer before a PI should be able to submit other proposals to NSF. Are you aware of something like that? I’ve explained to her that NSF starts calling for annual progress reports 90 days out and that the reports can be submitted any time in that 90 day window, but I was wondering if this could be true for reports that are overdue. Would FastLane not accept a proposal from a PI who was late on a progress report? Thanks.
