NSF released an updated Grants.gov guide on Monday: http://www.nsf.gov/pubs/policydocs/grantsgovguide1209.pdf?WT.mc_id=USNSF_109. Effective 12/1/09, the policy returns to, "Unless otherwise specified in an NSF solicitation, applications to NSF may be submitted via use of Grants.gov or the NSF FastLane System."

Hi Liselotte J,

OMB has acted - and told NSF that they need to get back with the Grants.gov program. NSF is in the process of getting their opportunity packages together again for posting on Grants.gov. It's expected to be completed in December and then applications will be able to be submitted via Grants.gov.

Liselotte J, do you have everything you need to be able to submit system-to-system?

Or are you missing the critical components that make up a complete solution?
