Ivona,
It has been my understanding that you do not submit JIT information until you get a request from NIH. The JIT link appears for applications that fall between a certain percentile. This is what I was told from NIH. I would wait until you get a notice from NIH or if you do not want to wait call the grants specialist listed in the application file in eRA Commons and ask them if the institution should submit the JIT information.
