Western Michigan University’s Office of the Vice President for
Research is accepting online applications for a Research Program
Officer.  Duties include consulting with and advising faculty on
funding applications, providing grant writing assistance, promoting
funding opportunities, promoting faculty development and assisting
with electronic submission.  Qualifications include bachelor’s
degree, three years experience in proposal planning, proposal
development or grant administration, excellent writing, research and
analytical skills, and budget and contract language experience.
Advanced degree and/or Certified Research Administrator preferred.
