FW: [RESADM-L] Project close-out policy/procedure
Fanning, Sarah E. 21 Nov 2006 16:00 EST
I have been working on development and improvement of these procedures
lately, so I've actually got a lot of information readily available. We
send a notification to the PI and departmental fiscal officer at the
beginning of the month during which their grants are ending (1st
attachment). We also use an internal checklist to verify that we have
met all award requirements prior to closeout (2nd attachment). If anyone
has comments on our process, I'd love to hear them. Hope this is helpful
to you!

Thanks in advance!
