Howdy:

Yes,  we are still having trouble and have been since last thursday.

I was finally called back by the help desk yesterday evening and told

they are working on the issue.

The program officer for the particular esnap gave us additional time,

in the duration we have provided signed paper copies of the esnap and

faxed it over.  It might be a good idea to check with the program
officer for the particular submission etc to see
if they will allow an extension.
