We had an administrator who was having trouble with eSNAP on Tuesday and
contacted the ERA Commons Help Desk. Their response is included in the email
below. She was able to access esnap yesterday late afternoon at 4pm so it may be
working again.

Subject: E-SNAP delays

I have just gotten off the phone with the ERA Commons helpdesk. They
are experiencing serious problems system-wide with their server during
this deadline. As a result, no one has been able to complete E-SNAP
submissions.
The NIH is aware of the problem and has extended the deadline until
whenever the server is up and running. You may get an automated notice
that says your E-SNAP application is overdue - PLEASE IGNORE IT. We
will get everything submitted as soon as we can.
