The same thing happened to me when using Netscape Communicator 4.7.  I
tried using Internet Explorer and it worked (I USUALLY have trouble using
Explorer).  However, I could not print from the PDF version.  I used the
HTML version and printed each section.  It worked like a charm and only
took a few minutes to print the entire document.
