The University of Alabama in Huntsville research employees submit a
bi-weekly time & effort report (corresponding to our pay periods) which
includes labor distribution, leave information and a time & effort
certification. Faculty who are paid from a research contract/grant account
or a related cost sharing account, must submit these bi-weekly reports
during the period they are paid from these accounts.

I asked a time and effort question recently and didn't get much
response, so since the topic came up again, I am going to ask again!
How many of you (Universities) do annual time and effort reporting?
Right now, we do it three times a year:  spring, summer, fall...our
University may be considering annual, and I would like to know if others
