Our IRB is rapidly getting overworked and understaffed.  Begging for people
to participate hasn't worked and the current group is getting tired and
cranky.

Does anyone actually compensate ($) their IRB members?  If so, how do you
calculate the amount?

Do you have any incentives for getting people to serve?
