Dear Colleagues:

I need help. We are submitting our first new 2590 form submission. Can
someone explain the Inclusion Enrollment Report PART B. It seems to want us
to identify racial categories of Hispanics..or is this a typo.

Any assistance you can give me would be appreciated.
