Per your request: It's attached. Note that it is a WordPerfect document which you can open from within Word but probably not from your email reader. The procedure will definitely create a document acceptable to NSF. We use it whenever scanned signatures are required. The actual procedure for doing the upload seems to vary from administrator to administrator. Please call if you need help.
