He needs to go into his eRA Commons account and link his ORCiD in his Personal Profile section. That completes the process.

Hello Wonderful Research Hivemind,
We are having an issue where our Chair seems to have linked his ORCID iD in SciENcv. We can see the orchid link on his Common Form, as well as his eRA Commons ID. However, the submitting institution is saying that they are getting an ORCID validation error on his Biosketch and cannot submit.
Has anyone else had this issue, or have any thoughts?
