Our university treats postdoc positions as other benefits eligible staff positions. Full benefits.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Postdocs and Benefits
Happy Monday Colleagues!
I am trying to get a sense of what other institutions are doing with postdocs that are employees of your university.
Are you offering them full benefits akin to what you offer to faculty/staff or are you treating them like temporary employees with limited benefits (i.e. only health insurance options)?
Please let me know.
Robert
