Hi all-

Needing a little guidance. I work at an organization that has received a subaward from another institution. For our subaward, we have the T&E for the PI and a research coordinator listed on the grant. The research coordinator is an employee at my organization; however the PI is not an employee of my organization but our two organizations have a co-management agreement in place. Is it appropriate for my organization to hold the subaward? Additionally, can we bill for the PIs time even if they aren’t an employee?
