Hi Linda,

Having recently done an NSF award where we ended up doing multiple budget revisions, you need the NSF team to make some changes on their end - and as far as we can tell - ONE change at a time.

Ours was a three-step process
1. Original award was reduced from 1.2M to 1M - straightforward budget revision in Research.gov at time of award
2. A consultant became a subaward after we reduced to 1M
3. A Co-PI left OSU and moved to another university - the second subaward.

Susan

Subject: [RESADM-L] remove subawards from NSF budget revision

[This email originated from outside of OSU. Use caution with links and attachments.]

Hello All,

Has anyone tried to delete subawards during the budget revision process in Research.gov? We've tried to, but the system is not letting us and indicates that removing subawards is not allowed during the budget revision process (see attached screenshot). Any guidance you can provide is greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
Linda
