I did not see if anyone on the list noticed, but NSF removed it's contradictory guidance paragraph regarding continuing project activities and replaced it with a curiously-placed FAQ response. Good news, we may continue with the activities in our grant contracts according to the original contract terms. I think this happened late Friday night?

I don't think I agree with the article title ("NIH admits funding freeze is illegal") but "NIH directs staff to comply with court orders" is enough for me. Hopefully this is a sign that the other agencies will be doing the same.
