So far it's seemed like the agencies are mostly taking the approach of implementing what they're told, getting sued, getting a restraining order, and then following the restraining order rather than the directions from above. Which works when the initial requests aren't, you know... this.

I'm just hoping that it holds firm that staff and the DOJ are unwilling to contravene an active restraining order.

Nancy - if you could confirm the date that was sent I think we'd all love to know!

You just got it and it was dated today?  That would be weird, due to the restraining orders.

We did get them last week from HRSA, but because of the judicial orders we are treating them as no longer applicable.  And that's how HRSA has been treating them as well - for us at least.
