I assume it's the list identified in the OMB Q&A document, and a misplaced apostrophe.

At great psychological risk I skimmed the text of most of those, and the one on American energy does identify some grants and contracts that need to be immediately frozen (anything under the Green New Deal) but the DEI one simply says that grants and contracts related to equity need to be reviewed and, the greatest extent allowable by law, revoked within the next 60 days.

There was something on PMS yesterday about invoices being delayed due to review to ensure no unallowable charges are paid, but that might be down now? I saw it either on COGR or as a screenshot.

It seems to me the administration will delay payments on anything it doesn't want to pay, then update the EOs to make the funding freeze on those specific topics more explicit.

My goal for 2025 was not to eat my feelings but I didn't expect this big a challenge so early in the year.
