Hello all!
I am working with a PI who is trying to submit to the NSF Science of Organizations. She is wanting to subaward out to a collaborator in Bangladesh. This will be my first time ever, working on a proposal with a foreign collaborator (so thank God it’s only 1!). Normally, I ask subawards for a separate budget, justification, scope of work, and our university’s signed consortium LOI.
What more should I be asking for? Is there anything specific I need to do differently than I normally would for a U.S. subaward?
In regards to the solicitation, it states to refer to the PAPPG for guidance but I can’t seem to find anything that foreign subawards are not allowed. Can I assume it’s allowable?
