Here the FFATA box is marked on attachment 2 of the FDP subcontract template when the prime award is subject to FFATA requirements.
We do not report FFATA until the 30k threshold is reached on the subaward obligation amount.

When issuing a subaward using the FDP templates and the cumulative total of the subaward doesn't reach the FFATA threshold until year 2 should you mark that it is subject to FFATA review in year one? It seems like a simple question but I am stuck on it.
