Good morning everyone,

A few weeks ago, a question was posted regarding NIH's policy which
requires certification that no persons being paid from grant funds are
delinquent in repaying federal debt.  The person who originally posted the
question was interested in receiving ideas on how to handle this matter.

I don't believe any ideas or suggestions were given, but I would be very
interested in hearing your thoughts regarding this matter, since our
institution is also curious as to how this should be handled.
