This is a small problem but yet worthy of mention.  At my institution, I am
the person responsible for assigning Fastlane PIN Numbers.  What happens
when a person requests a PIN Number who is not degreed? The database does
not allow you to keep the degree type as "unknown" and the degree year
field blank.  Has anyone else come across this problem and what have you
done in this case? This instance has come up when several administrative
personnel have requested PIN Numbers.
