Good Morning,

We are currently going through the accreditation process
and as part of that process I would like to put together a
survey to send to our faculty regarding our Office of Contracts
and Grants.  I would like to have this survey contain questions
about the faculty knowledge of my office and what services
the faculty would like to see.

I have an idea of some of the questions I would like to include
in this survey however I am asking for your expertise and would
like some input on questions you might ask or samples of surveys
you may have sent to your faculty and departments.
