That's a good one, but it depends upon which side of the house you're on.
Maybe this would be good for the NCURA web site. I notice that for us
financial types, NCURA is rather limited. I've got mine bookmarked, but
Billy won't let me see the URL's or copy them and my Netscape has failed me.
TRAM is a great place to start for forms. Penn State is another excellent
choice. Learn those sites by heart. Other good ones are Univ. Washington
and Univ. VA. There are others. Don't forget the agencies themselves. OMB
is another good one for A-21 (soon to be 31), -110, -133, et al.
Government Printing Office for Code of Fed Regs., there's a CFDA site...
etc... NCURA is a good place to go to for links. Your region may also have
links. These sites have links. So go forth and link!
