My agency has recently been awarded a Child Mental Health
Initiative grant through the Department of Health and Human
Services in which we are acting as the fiscal agent.   Our agency
has always provided direct services and this is the 1st time to act
as a fiscal agent.   I am requesting a contract boilerplate from an
agency who has experience in being a fiscal agent and any other
information I should need.
