Thought I'd weigh in on this.  While everyone was listening to the keynote
speaker at the NCURA meeting, I was talking to the PeopleSoft rep in the
vendor area.  She showed me, albeit very quickly, an EDI link.  They do not
have the EDI translator incorporated into the GRANTS product.  Apparently
they only have a mapper.  My guess is if you have something like EDI
Integration's EAGLE software (ONR uses this), you could have the EDI link.
My understanding is that EAGLE does the appropriate transaction sets.
