I've been asked to draft a subcontract for a SBIR grant and am looking for
advice.  What are the main differences between a SBIR subcontract and a
"standard" NIH subcontract?  I'm particularly concerned about IP issues.
Does anyone have a "sample" they'd be willing to share?
