I've been invited to a short-fuse meeting with some University officials to
discuss the Oracle Grants Management system. We're investigating replacing
our home-grown system with a commercial solution.

I know from discussions at the Atlanta ERA IV meeting in August and other
meetings that not all colleges and universities who have adopted Oracle
Grants Management are satisfied with it.

Would anyone like to unofficially and briefly share their results with us?
I'd like to know about good results, and otherwise, so I can share at least
some anecdotal information about Oracle's performance. Please say a few
words about how the system works, and about helpful Oracle was in helping
you prepare for implementation and in supporting ongoing operations.
