Very interesting question.  I know a bit about how PS GRANTS works but I
have no idea how the grants business works down under.  One good thing
about PS is that with sufficient expenditure of funds and plenty of talented
staff you can use PeopleTools to make whatever modifications you need.
This was demonstrated at the University of Michigan where the 6.0 financials
for commercial use was converted into a system for a university.
