Patricia,

We have recently created a secure web based system that prompts faculty to
complete their reports, lets them log in and enter t&e on-line, and then
allows us to do reporting to see who has not completed them. It also sends
email reminders to the faculty that have not completed after x days.

Since implementation, our completion rate has doubled overnight, and the
administration aspects have been drastically reduced.

Do other universities have problems with personnel not returning their time

How do you convince them of its importance?

Do you have any leverage over them if they do not return the reports
timely?
