I don't know if this is much help, but U.S. News & World Report uses funding as
a ranking criteria. I doubt it is comprehensive and searching by that criteria
would be cumbersome (i.e. Medical Schools are listed and ranked using NIH
funding), but it might give you an idea of where schools stand. Good Luck.
