We are in the process of trying to develop a program whereby we
might electronically route our animal care protocol forms ---- out to
the PI by way of access to the form on our website (with security,
of course), in to the IACUC chair and/or committee, then back out
to the PI with approval or comments.  My questions are these:  (1)
Does anyone have something like this in place, for either the
IACUC or IRB?  (2) Have you established a proposal transmittal
form routing system that works really well, that you think we might
be able to adopt/adapt for our (IACUC) purposes?
 I realize the electronic proposal form was discussed within the
last year but failed to keep the notes.
 We will appreciate very much any input or suggestions.  Thanks.
